We're half way there!
Surprisingly, the new security measures at Sydney airport didn't disrupt things - we got through the international security check point faster and with less pain the the Canberra security check point.
The flight was uneventful, and we've landed safely in Japan. We're waiting for 9pm so we can get a cheap meal from the hotel restaurant, and then we're off to Vienna tomorrow morning.
